A   blended  spraying  oil  based  on  palm  oil.It  is  ideal for spraying  on  crackers  and other   types  of savory  biscuits. PACIFIC-24  is  resistant  to oxidation  and imparts  good shelf-life to products.PACIFIC-24  will not  exhibit a  soapy  flavour  since  it is free  from lauric oils. It  gives  good shinny  apperance  without changing  eating  characteristics  of  the  applied  products.PACIFIC-24 sprayed  all  types  of biscuits  do not  reflect  oily  feeling.

PACIFIC -40  is a high  quality  fat specially  fomulated for ice-cream  and  other  chilled  confections.PACIFIC -40  produced  a liquid  coating  of  low  viscosity, but  which  crystallies  rapidly  on  contact  with  ice–cream. 

A  superior  center  and  particulary  spread  fat  system  for  a  wide varietly   of  consistencies  as may be  reguired  in  various  applications.PACIFIC-41  will  not  exhibit  a  soapy  flavour  since  it is free  from lauric  acids.A  long  shelf  life  is ensured  by  excellent  microbiological characteristics   and  being  free  from  active  lipase.. PACIFIC-41 is very stable  against  oxidation.

PACIFIC  BAKLAVA designed for use in preparation of special Turkish desserts. It is particularly recommended for desserts which is prepared by sugar syrup.

 

Winterized  pure  sunflower  oil  produced  with  Hi-Tech  process.Especially  it  is primarily  recommended  for frying  and  cold dish  preperations.It  has  stability   due   Hi-Tec  process  with  its  pale  yellow colour  and  bland  flavour  PACIFIC  SUNFLOWER  is  a  premium  product.

PACIFIC  FRY is  non –lauric  vegetable  oil,produced  from  selected  palm oil  which  is suitable  for  frying.PACIFIC  FRY   shows  excellent  stability  during  continous industrial    frying and  shallow  frying.It  imparts  a good  taste  and  shelf life to the fried  products.

PACIFIC 77 & 74 : Premium   quality  coating  fat  made  by  special  process  from  non-loric fat .As  multipurpose  fat  phases  they  are  recommended  in  the  manufacture of  chocolate   products,  confectionery,  biscuit and  simulated dairy products.

PACIFIC BIS shortening is made from selected palm oil and texturised to import case of ıse at normal ambient temperatures.They keep well during storage.PACİFİC BIS shortening designed for use in the preparation of biscuits and other baked goods except yeast raised doughts, also be used for preparing cream fillings for biscuits and cakes.

A high quality non-lauric confectioners coating butter, suitable among other things as a partipal replace in cocoa liquor formulas.PACIFIC-35 can replace all the added cocoa butter in milk chocolate formulas and features high gloss coatings wich are eminently suitable for enrobings. Compounds and coatings made with  PACIFIC-35 possess an excellent gloss and a superior resistance to blooming and dulling. Resistant to oxidation. Being a non-lauric speciality fat soap off flavours can not develop.PACIFIC-35 primarily used as a cocoabutter partipal replacer, total replacer and as an extender. PACIFIC-35 makes non tempering cocoa powder or pastel compounds and coatings.

PACIFIC CREAM is particularyly recommended for cream fillings for hot climates and cooler climates. Both shortenings ensure good binding and rapid crsystallization. PACIFIC CREAM is specially formulated for use as cream fillings in biscuits and wafers. Cream fillings fat is texturised to import ease of use at normal ambient temparatures.

PACIFIC- KA is predominantly used for superior chocolate flavored compounds. It can be applied as moulding chocolates like bar chocolates, plain chocolates and hallow mouldings.

PACIFIC  COOKY  is specially formulated as an all purpose bakery margarine. It is used for preparation of pasteries. PACIFIC  COOKY  is made from selected vegetable oils an texturised to import ease of use at ambient temperatures. High solids bakers margarine developed for industrial use in pasteries and roll washes. It can be used as roll – in margarine for danish applications.

PACIFIC  CAKE  being  a  margarine  with  good  creaming  property produces   a  light  velvety  batter.During  creaming  process  curdling  of  the batter  does  not  occur  due  to  its  specially  selected  proper  ingredients.With good  emulsion  stability  PACIFIC  CAKE  is  resistant  to supplied  energy  and  mixing  time. PACIFIC  CAKE  with  its  unique  formulation the  ingrediendts  are  efficiently  dispersed  in a short  time  while  simultaneously good  air  incorporation.

Pacific- RM  being  a  soft  dairy  anolog  fat  is  formulated  for  all  kind  of  dairy application.  Pacific- RM  can be used  as  butter  replacement  in  all  dairy  products. Pacific- RM  ensure  excellent  performance  like  butter  in all  aplications  where  dairy  fat system  is  necessary.

PACIFIC  PANNA  ensures excellent overrun. The whipped topping has a long shelf life without exhibiting a dry layer on the surface and without wetting out. PACIFIC PANNA base, toppings feature quick melt down in the mounth without any waxy residue.A high quality simulated dairy fat system suitable for use in whipping toppings. Itmay be used in preparation of pastry and cookies.

PACIFIC  MASTER  is made from vagetable oils and specially texturised to import plasticity and ease of use at normal ambient temperatures. It keeps well during storage and does not oil off on exposure to high storage temperatures.A high melting shortening designed or use in the preparation of bread and other yeast raised doughs to improve the texture and storage life of the baked products.

PACIFIC  PITA   is a correct margarine for such a precess with good plasticity, complete melting and consistency characteristics. PACIFIC  PITA   is specially texturised and tempered to import good plasticity and ease of use it keeps well during storage. High solids bakers margarine developed for industrial use in pasteries and roll washes. It can be used as roll in margarine for danish applications.
