DIRECTIONS FOR USE Tempo – Instant can either be added directly  in  to the flour or mixed with the dough  one minute after kneading has begun.It is not advisable to put Tempo-Instant  contact with ice or cold water. Use 0.5-1 kg of Tempo-Instant for 100 kg of  flour.SHELF LIFE The shelf-life is 2 years if kept cool and dry.PACKAGING Tempo-Instant is vacuum- packed. Once the packet is opened, it must be used within  24 hours or closed tightly and stored in the refrigerator. 450 g vacuum packets ; 20 packets in a carton box of 9 kg net and. 9.8 kg gross weights. 1 x 20 ft container takes 1700 carton boxes (15.3 tons) INGREDIENTS Natural yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), food grade emulsifier.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE Dissolve  Pakmaya  active dry  yeast    in  warm  water at  38  C .Stir and  allow to stand  for  15  minutes. COMPOSITION Natural  Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae),food grade emulsifier.PACKAGING 10 g  OPP-aluminum film sachets; 360  sachets in a carton box Net weight:    6x60x 10 g=  3.6 kg SHELF LIFE One year when stored in a cool and dry place.
